Knowing the proper way to train mixed martial arts (MMA) includes understanding there are several different ways fighters and practitioners spar during MMA training sessions. The reason for this is so  fighters can focus on different components of their overall mixed martial arts game and spar at varying intensities to ensure safety during their fights camp and longevity of their career.
